The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 143, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that though, there is allegation of firing against this petitioner, but no one sustained any fire-arm injury. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
