2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that this petitioner alongwith other F.I.R. named accused persons kidnapped the mother of the informant and got the sale-deed executed.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is only alleged to have got the thumb impression of the mother of informant. Specific accusation is against co-accused Rahul Kumar, who is alleged to have brought the mother of informant to Biharsharif on the pretext of providing house to her.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Nalanda (Biharsharif) in connection with Giriyak (Katrisarai) P.S. Case No. 504 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
