The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No.75 of 2016 registered under Sections 467, 468 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the fact that on completion of investigation the police submitted final report holding the case to be a mistake of fact, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Nawada in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No.75 of 2016,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5784 of 2018 (2) dt.09-02-2018 2/2 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
