The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 378 of 2023 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

It is a case of some illegal arms and ammunition along with other material as mentioned in the seizure list were recovered from the possession of the apprehended miscreants. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner, petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79509 of 2023(2) dt.08-12-2023 2/2 judicial custody since 13.09.2023.

Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-VI, Sitamarhi in connection with Riga P.S.
