2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the land of the petitioner has been acquired but till date the petitioner has not been paid any awarded amount despite the application given. He submits that this case may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner for filing the representation/petition before the respondent no. 4, District Land Acquisition Officer, Samastipur for redressal of his grievance.
