This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for cancellation of pre-arrest bail to the O.P. No.2 to 8 on 10.07.2019 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 20757 of 2019 by this Court.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86239 of 2019(2) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 the case, I do not find any reasonable ground to cancel the prearrest bail of the O.P. No.2 to 8 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 20757 of 2019 on 10.07.2019. Accordingly, the application filed on behalf of the petitioner is dismissed. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) manish/- U T
