====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-02-2024 Heard Mr. Dinesh Jha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Ms. Nirmala Kumari, learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks modification of order dated 17.10.2023 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 64515 of 2023 to the extent that due to typographical mistake in bail petition, the name of village and District has been wrongly typed as village- Khhothra, District- Sitamarhi in place of village- Khurpatti, DistrictSheohar.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioner may not suffer due to latches on the part of his office and seeks for modification of order to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82782 of 2023(2) dt.02-02-2024 2/2 the extent that in the cause title of the bail application, correct name of village and District as village - Khurpatti, DistrictSheohar may be substituted.

4. Considering the statement made in the modification application, as well as, affidavit that due to typographical mistake, incorrect name of village and District has been wrongly typed as village- Khhothra, District- Sitamarhi in place of village- Khurpatti, District- Sheohar, the order dated 17.10.2023 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 64515 of 2023 is modified to the extent that correct name of village and District as village - Khurpatti, District- Sheohar be substituted in place of village- Khhothra, District- Sitamarhi. The other part of the order shall remain intact.

5. Accordingly, the present modification application is disposed of.
