1. Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned.

2. The present contempt application has been filed for initiating contempt against the opposite party no. 5District Programme Officer, Bhojpur at Ara, for his deliberate and willful defiance of the order, dated 07.12.2023, passed in CWJC No. 7835 of 2019, whereby, the Court directed the District Programme Officer, Bhojpur at Ara, to dispose the objection of the petitioner after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner

Patna High Court MJC No.3927 of 2024(3) dt.18-07-2025 2/2 within a period of four weeks.

3. Learned counsel for the opposite party no. 4 and 5 submits that objection/representation of the petitioner has been thoroughly examined and disposed by a reasoned and speaking order on 16.01.2025.

4. Considering the aforesaid, this contempt application is, accordingly, dismissed.
