2. The petitioner is directed to make a suitable representation to the Respondent No. 5 i.e. the Managing

Patna High Court CWJC No.18391 of 2024(6) dt.03-09-2025 2/2 Director, Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Limited within a period of four weeks from today. On such representation being given, the Respondent No. 5 shall consider the same strictly in accordance with law and pass necessary orders. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the representation from the petitioner. The authority shall endeavour to resolve the claim of the petitioner as they are only seeking implementation of the notification dated 15.03.2024 issued by the Joint Secretary, Government of Bihar. Further, in the counter affidavit filed by the Respondent Nos. 4 to 6, it is specifically stated that the respondent-authority has already given necessary instructions and direction to all the District Magistrate/ concerned officer/ Transporter to pay/ followed Minimum Wages Act & revised wages time to time.

3. With the above directions, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of.
