Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No.304 of 2019 for the for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498(A), 379 and 3⁄4 Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Further learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that before filing of this complaint case, petitioner has earlier filed Divorce

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71584 of 2019(3) dt.31-01-2020 2/2 Case vide O.P. No.474 of 2019. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No.304 of 2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438(2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
