ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 05-05-2025 A perusal of the impugned orders dated 13.04.2022 & order dated 25.09.2023 reveal that the objections filed by one Indu Devi, Mamta Kumari and Rajdeo Sah were pending before

Patna High Court CWJC No.17208 of 2023(2) dt.05-05-2025 2/2 the Recovery Officer.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent-Bank, on instructions, has stated that the objections filed by the above three persons are still pending before authority and till date no orders have been passed. Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, having regard to the fact that the recovery officer is a Party-Respondent in the present writ petition. The Respondent No. 4 is directed to dispose of the objections filed by the above three persons as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of the receipt of the copy of this order. In case any other objections are filed, the same shall also be considered in accordance with law. It is needless to observe that before considering the objections, an opportunity of hearing will be given to the objection petitioner.

3. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
