This application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 18.03.2015 passed by learned A.C.J.M-V, Patna City in Complaint Case No. 1078 of 2014 by which learned Magistrate has taken cognizance for the offences under Sections 406 and 418 of the Indian Penal Code.

The impugned order has been passed on 18.03.2015 and the quashing application has been filed in 2020 after inordinate delay that too without satisfactory explanation of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1513 of 2020(3) dt.04-05-2023 2/2 delay. Accordingly, this application is dismissed on the ground of delay and latches with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the grounds at an appropriate stage.
