2. The grievance of the petitioner is that despite the availability of land in the Gram Panchayat Rajuli West, the newly elected Mukhiya has proposed another piece of land for construction of the Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan which is not suitable.

3. The petitioner may raise his grievance(s) before the District Magistrate, Nawadah, who shall decide the matter
