Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Akbarpur P.S.Case No.213 of 2019 dated 26.5.2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 308, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. There is allegation against the petitioners of assault to the informant and others.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the petitioner no.1 is the wife of the informant and earlier she had lodged a case under Section 498A of the IPC

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70992 of 2019(2) dt.18-11-2019 2/2 against the informant and others and the petitioner no.2 to 4 are relatives of the petitioner no.1 and due to that this false and concocted case has been lodged as well as injuries are simple in nature.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM Ist, Nawada in connection with Akbarpur P.S.Case No.213 of 2019 dated 26.5.2019 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
