12-02-2018 Heard Sri Vikram Deo Singh, learned counsel assisted by Sri Alok Kumar Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Anant Kumar, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, who is husband of the deceased apprehending his arrest in Majerganj P.S. Case No. 412 of 2017 registered for offence under Sections 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail in the event of his arrest or surrender.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no explanation has been given by the informant for belatedly informing the police. He further submits that marriage of deceased with petitioner was held long back in the year 2002 and as such, the petitioner has falsely been implicated.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6969 of 2018(2) dt.12-02-2018 2/2 Besides hearing, I have perused the material on record, particularly; the F.I.R. and after going through the same, I am of the view that it is not a case for grant of anticipatory bail. Dismissed.
