2. Writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to take steps for payment of salary to the petitioners from the date of their joining.
3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners may be given liberty to file representation before respondent no. 5 for redressal of their grievance.

4. In view of the nature of prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners, let the petitioners file such application before respondent no.5 within a period of six weeks from today.
5. In the event, if such application is filed within the said stipulated period, respondent no.5 shall look into the matter and dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law after hearing the parties, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the application.
6. Writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
