The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 679 of 2018 dated 10.11.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the husband of the deceased and is stated to be in custody since 16.04.2019. Considering the nature of accusation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to him for the present.

Accordingly, the same is rejected.
