JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 05-05-2023 Heard Mr. Jay Prakash Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Mr. Binod Kumar Labh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Accountant General and Mr. Jitendra Kumar Roy, learned SC-13 for the State.

2. Hard copy of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent No.6 and respondent No.9 are directed to be kept on record.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner informs this Court that during the pendency of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.1052 of 2023 dt.05-05-2023 2/2 present writ petition, all the admissible retiral dues has been paid to the petitioner and family pension of the petitioner has been fixed and the same has been sent to the bank for payment.

4. Considering the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the Respondent State to the effect that the pension has been fixed and to that effect the Accountant General, Bihar has issued authority for payment of pension.

5. The present writ petition is consigned.
