Learned counsel for the Mines and Minerals Department submits that the Mines and Minerals Department has filed a letter dated 02.01.2025 issued by the In-charge, Mines and Minerals Development Officer, Begusarai which suggests that the respondent no. 4 has withdrew the letter dated 25.10.2024 and has passed a fresh order dated 02.01.2025.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner outrightly submits that he has not received the letter as yet by the Mines and Minerals Department.

4. In view of the aforesaid, the authority is directed to pass a fresh order in accordance with law after hearing the petitioner and till the date of the final order, the operation of fresh letter dated 02.01.2025 shall remain stayed.

5. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
