The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 337 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323 and 307 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering that though there is allegation of assault with iron rod against seven accused persons named in the FIR including the petitioner, the order dated 01.10.2019 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Gaya would reflect that in the case diary the injury report is not available and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who opposed the prayer of bail before the court below also failed to produce the injury report, the petitioner, who is in custody since 06.08.2019, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69528 of 2019(2) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 337 of 2019.
