This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Paroo PS Case No.76 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 363 and 366 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution case is of kidnapping of the minor daughter of the informant by one Vikash Kumar with the help of the petitioner.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation has been attributed against this petitioner and he is in custody since 28.2.2019. On the other hand the learned counsel for the petitioner has opposed the prayer for bail stating that the witnesses have taken the name of the petitioner along with the other co-accused. The girl is still traceless.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
