JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 04-03-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State through the virtual Court proceedings. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 427, 323, 341, 307 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has antecedent of two cases and is in custody since 20.07.2022.

The informant alleges that about 1000 miscreants variously armed came at the residence of Hon'ble Deputy Chief Minister at Bettiah and damaged the vehicle, CCTV Camera and window.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is

Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submission aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bettiah (T) P.S. Case No. 461 of 2022, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be his uncle Radheshyam Prasad Chandrawanshi.
