This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Roshanganj P.S. Case No.135 of 2022 for the offence under sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code, under sections 21 M.M. (D & R) Act, 1957 and 4(1A), 11, 18, Rule 56 of the B.M. (CPIMTS) Amendment Rules, 2019.

The petitioner has been found to be involved in illegal sand mining.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. He further submits that nothing incriminating has

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below without four weeks from today and pray for regular bail, failing which, the Senior Superintendent of Police, Gaya will take all steps for arresting the petitioner.
