Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by the aforesaid order, petitioner "Kedar Nath Seth" had been allowed the privilege of pre-arrest bail. However, in the operative part of the said order, in place of name of the petitioner, it has been mentioned as "petitioner above named". It is also submitted that in the 3rd line of paragraph 4 of the said order, the word "land dispute between the parties" may be read as "monetary dispute between the parties". Learned counsel submits that on account of aforesaid discrepancy in the said order, the pre-arrest order of the petitioner is not being processed in the court below. Considering the submissions of the petitioner, let the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81782 of 2019(2) dt.29-01-2020 2/2 pre-arrest order dated 11.9.2019 be read accordingly. Period of surrender of the petitioner Arun Kumar Seth is extended by further six weeks.

Order dated 11.9.2019 is modified to the extent indicated above.

Modification application stands disposed of.
