The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mashaurhi PS case no. 640 of 2019 instituted for the offences punishable under Section 30(a)(d) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act (Amendment Act) 2018.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 140 kgs. of illicit mahua flower from the shop of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case.
