2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 10.08.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40687 of 2022.

3. Considering the averments made in the petition, the time granted to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below for furnishing the bail bonds vide order dated 17.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33919 of 2021, is hereby extended by four weeks from today.

4. Accordingly, the order dated dated 10.08.2022

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.938 of 2026(2) dt.09-02-2026 2/2 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40687 of 2022 and order dated 17.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33919 of 2021 are modified to the above extent.
