1. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

2. This application has been filed for modification of the order, dated 18.11.2024, passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 76641 of 2024, whereby the present petitioner has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail subject to the condition that the petitioner shall surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of the order.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner could not surrender before the learned Court within the time granted by this Court due to communication gap. He accordingly prays for two weeks' more time to surrender

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79545 of 2025(2) dt.21-11-2025 2/2 before the learned Court below.

4. Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the time granted by this Court to surrender before the learned Court below by order, dated 18.11.2024, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 76641 of 2024, be extended by further three weeks from today.

5. Accordingly, this application is allowed to the extent indicated above, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs. 2,000/- in the account of District Legal Services Authority, Patna City, Patna. (Anil Kumar Sinha, J) Siwani/- U T
