2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Gurua P.S. Case No. 161 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned Exclusive Special Judge POCSO cum Sessions Judge, Gaya.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the victim has solemnized marriage with the co-accused Laddan Mian @ Md. Maniruddin and they are living together.

4. After some arguments, learned counsel for the

5. Permission is granted.

6. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the petitioners surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, without being prejudiced by this order.
