JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 14-11-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Ram Nagar P.S. Case No. 118 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 366(A) and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against other accused persons is of kidnapping the daughter of informant and it appears that the name of petitioner also transpired in course of investigation. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he his not named in the F.I.R. and has falsely been implicated in this case in supervision. Moreover, other accused persons, who are named in the F.I.R. including one Ajit Kumar has been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 02.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55527 of 2019.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM -III, Bagaha, West Champaran, in connection with Ram Nagar P.S.
