2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 365, 302, 201, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, son of the informant is alleged to have been killed by this petitioner, in connivance with other accused persons.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that informant has already lodged Sanha on 15.10.2022 in which he has not named this petitioner and thereafter, the present F.I.R. has been lodged. He further submits that petitioner has been made accused in this case only on the basis of suspicion . There is no material on record, to suggest the complicity of this petitioner in the alleged occurrence . It is further submitted that

No.76608 of 2025(3) dt.01-12-2025 2/2 similarly situated co-accused, namely, Rahul Kumar has already been granted anticipatory bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 09.07.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28705 of 2025. Petitioner is lady and claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering the backdrop of the case, nature of accusation, clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, SC/AT (POA), Madhepura in connection with Kumar Khand P. S. Case No. 356 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
