The police party arrived after having been informed regarding cross firing causing injury to some of the persons and, it has been alleged that seeing the police others managed to escape while one Pramod Yadav was apprehended from whose possession a country made loaded pistol was recovered. On query, he has also disclosed the names of his associates. So many motorcycles were also recovered therefrom. From para 3 of the petition it is evident that the petitioner carries criminal antecedent.

However, regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case petitioner, Munna Bir is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten
