2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bakhri P.S. Case No. 307 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 137(2), 87, 149(4), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.
