2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 260 of 2024 dated 26.07.2024 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 303(2), 352 / 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted with iron rod on the head of the informant due to which the informant sustained head injury.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that from bare perusal of the first information report, it reveals that no motive has been assigned by the informant behind the alleged occurrence and there is no

He further submits that the petitioner is a young boy aged about 19 years and he is pursuing his studies. Learned counsel further submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted the informant on his head with iron rod but the doctor has opined the injury to be simple in nature. Lastly, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 260 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
