The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Giriyak (Katrisarai) P.S.Case No.259 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the police has received information that some miscreants are gathering in the house of Bablu Kumar, police raided the house and arrested Bablu Kumar and 4-5 persons succeeded in fleeing away and Bablu Kumar disclosed the name of the petitioner. Bablu Kumar has been granted privilege of bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 20.9.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.59512 of 2019.

No.73399 of 2019(3) dt.10-01-2020 2/2 Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except the confessional statement of the co-accused there is absolutely nothing against him and he is in custody for four months. Charge sheet has already been submitted and he has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-I, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Giriyak (Katrisarai) P.S.Case No.259 of 2019.

With the above direction, this application is allowed.
