ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 19-07-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State alongwith District Land Acquisition Officer, Buxar who appeared in person in compliance of order dated 11.07.2023.

2. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the State that in compliance of order dated 11.07.2023 the payment to the petitioner has been made.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that money has been paid to the petitioner which he has received

4. In this background that petitioner has no grievances left, the present Writ Petition stands disposed off.

5. The District Land Acquisition Officer, Buxar hereby assures to this Cort that whenever he receive any of the genuine claim of any of the person whose land have been acquired, he upon verification of their documents shall pay the money to them even if they use to receive the money with objection.
