This appeal has been preferred under Sections 14(A)(2) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, against refusal of the prayer for anticipatory bail by the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Darbhanga in connection with Bahera P.S.Case No. 119 of 2017 beyond period of 180 days from the date of impugned order, as this appeal is not maintainable in view of the specific bar under Section 14(A)(3) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

In the circumstances, appellant seeks permission to withdraw this appeal with liberty to move the learned court below.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed as
