The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No. 138 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The allegation is regarding the petitioner and the coaccused person having fired on the husband of the informant with intention to kill him, however, the gun shot missed the husband of the informant and he did not receive any fire arm injury.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that neither any recovery of empty cartridges have been made from the alleged place of occurrence nor any injury has been

It is submitted that as far as the two cases pending against the petitioner are concerned, in one case, he has been acquitted and in the other case, he is on bail. The petitioner is stated to be languishing in custody since 16.07.2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with G.R. No. 1593 of 2019 arising out of Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No. 138 of 2019.
