Petitioner seeks bail, who is in custody since 24.01.2020, in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 115 of 2017 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 50 of 2021, F.I.R. dated 31.10.2017 registered for the offences punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the bail petition, the petitioner has been acquitted from the charges as alleged in the F.I.R. and hence the petition has become infructuous and seeks permission to withdraw the petition.

Permission is accorded.
