Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioners is squarely covered by the judgment passed by this Court in CWJC No.17970 of 2022.

Considering the aforesaid facts, since the case of the petitioner stands on similar footing to that of the petitioner of CWJC No.17970 of 2022, there is no requirement to keep pending the present writ application.

Accordingly, the Annexure-1 and 2 of the writ application is set aside and this writ application is allowed. 5.
