JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-01-2020 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Supplementary Khagaria (Muffasil) P. S. Case No. 576 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120(B)/34 of IPC.

Prosecution case is of murder of son of the informant and there is suspicion of hand of the petitioner due to earlier land dispute.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except the suspicion on the ground of land dispute there is no incriminating substance against the petitioner. He is in custody for about six months and charge-sheet has already been submitted.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and

No.70129 of 2019(3) dt.16-01-2020 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Supplementary Khagaria (Muffasil) P. S. Case No. 576 of 2018, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned with a further condition that he has to cooperate in disposal of the trial.
