2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on section 302/34 of the I.P.C. has been added.

3. As per the prosecution case, Vijay Yadav and Dharmendra Yadav are the assailant of the deceased. The petitioner is said to have injured the other family members of the deceased. Petitioner is in jail since 12.07.2023 and has clean antecedent.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

5. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge if the charge has not been framed yet and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Siwan/concerned Court below in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 191 of 2020.
