JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-12-2025 Heard Mr. Rakesh Kumar No.1, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and Mr. Chandra Sen Prasad Singh, learned APP appearing on behalf of the State.

2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 523 of 2025 of registered under Sections 191(2),192,190,299,126(2),115(2),109(1),352 of the BNS.

3. Considering the allegation made in the FIR, the petitioners along with other co-accused, with a common intention, attacked on the persons participating in the procession of Mahaveeri Akhada and caused riots, and since such offence is against society and the petitioners are alleged to be leaders of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78494 of 2025(2) dt.03-12-2025 2/2 the said mob, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on prearrest bail.

4. The petitioners, if so advised, may seek regular bail before the learned District Court. The learned District Court is directed to pass a necessary order, in accordance with law, on the basis of materials available on record, as well as, considering the fact that other co-accused have been granted pre-arrest bail by this Court, on the same day, the bail application is filed, without any further delay and without being prejudiced by any observation made by this Court.

5. Accordingly, the present application stands disposed of.
