Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. They are not named in the F.I.R. and have been implicated in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused.
