The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No. 183 of 2019, registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 414, 411 and 120(b) of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that on receiving the information about moving of six persons boarding on two motorcycles near State Bank of India, Rajgir, the informant, along with other police personnel, reached there. On seeing the police party all started to flee away, but, all were apprehended, who disclosed their names Badal Paswan, Ganit Yadav, Badal Yadav, Vishal Kumar, Nehsu Kumar and Pintu Kumar (petitioner). At that time, on search, petitioner was found in possession of a mobile phone of Oppo Company.
Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71290 of 2019(2) dt.11-12-2019 2/2 15.05.2019. The petitioner is accused in two cases, as detailed in paragraph 3 of the petition, out of which in Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 117 of 2019, the petitioner has been acquitted. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No. 183 of 2019 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif, subject to the condition that out of two bailors, one must either be parent or close relative of the petitioner.
