2. Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kishanganj P.S.Case No.228 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The learned trial court is directed to verify the nationality of the petitioner.

4. Consider the injury to be grievous in nature sustained by the son of the informant, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on pre-arrest bail.

5. The present bail application is accordingly dismissed.
