The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Ara (M) P. S. Case No. 159 of 2017 registered under Sections 302 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Considering the gravity of the offence as also the allegation made in the FIR that the petitioners and four others committed murder of the son of the informant, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
