JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 22-01-2020 Counsel for the petitioners is permitted to implead the Chairman-cum- Managing Director, Food Corporation of India as respondent no.5 to the writ petition in course of the day. Petitioners' counsel submits that against the order passed by the appellate authority dated 10.05.2018 confirming punishment of reduction to the initial pay in time-scale of pay to the post of A.G. II (D), petitioners have preferred a review before newly added respondent no.5.

Patna High Court CWJC No.22820 of 2019(2) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 Specific assertion of the petitioners is that review was filed on 21.06.2018. However, same has been kept pending by the authority.

Copy of the writ petition has been served on the counsel for the Food Corporation of India, and name of counsel for the respondent-Corporation is printed on the daily cause list. However, none appears on behalf of the Corporation. Limited prayer made by petitioners' counsel is that reviewing authority be directed to dispose of petitioners' review filed on 21.06.2018 within specified time.

Copy of the review application however, is not part of the writ petition. In order to facilitate such consideration within the specified time framed this court would observe that if the petitioners submit copy of review filed on 21.06.2018 before newly added respondent no.5 within four weeks, same be decided by reasoned order in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

Writ petition is disposed of.
