JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 01-02-2018 Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Hilsa P.S.Case No. 702 of 2017 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are named in the FIR and case is under Section 307 IPC.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is no allegation of assault against the petitioners and they are co-villagers and they have falsely been implicated in this case. Heard learned APP also.

In the facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3962 of 2018 (2) dt.01-02-2018 2/2 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Hilsa, Nalanda, in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 702 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further conditions that (1) one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned and (2) petitioners will co-operate in investigation and will appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required, except on genuine reason, failing which their bail bonds shall be cancelled.
