2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8(C) and 21(b) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per prosecution case, on a secret information, a raid was conducted and this petitioner was apprehended and on search, 70 plastic boxes containing 30 grams of smack was recovered from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has got one criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in judicial custody since 08.08.2024.

4. Considering the nature of accusation, recovery of
