The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kako (Bhelawar) P.S. Case No. 120 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegedly, the petitioner assaulted the daughter-inlaw of the informant with khanti and further snatched chain from Tina Devi.
Submission is of false implication and that doctor has found simple injury on the person of the injured, due to dispute of children the occurrence has taken place, there is no intention to commit murder, there is no allegation for repeating the blow and, as such, the petitioner deserves sympathetic

The learned A.P.P. submits that on vital part the injury has been found.
In the facts and circumstances as stated above, considering that simple injury has been found on the person of the injured and, as such, the petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri R. K. Rajak, Sub-Judge-IV-cum-Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Kako (Bhelawar) P.S. Case No. 120 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
